• Your name and email address when you create an account, and your Discord identity if you link it.
• Your orders, balance history and warranty activity.
• Messages you send us — tickets, emails and Discord.
• Technical details such as IP address, device and browser, used for security and fraud prevention.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Shopify and crypto payments by our crypto processor. Your card number is never entered on, seen by, or stored on this site.

How we use it

• To deliver your orders and run your balance and warranty.
• To answer your tickets and messages.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the site.

Sharing

We never sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work — payment processors, hosting and Discord for account linking — and only as far as needed to provide it.

Security

Credentials delivered to you are shown only on your own order page, behind your login. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can refuse them in your browser, but signing in and checkout won't work without them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
