Your account details appear on your order page (Account → Orders) the moment payment clears — nothing is sent by email. Most orders are delivered within seconds; a few can take a couple of minutes.

You pay from your Arkos balance. Top it up by card through our Shopify checkout, or with crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and more) — crypto top-ups get a 5% bonus. Card details are never handled on this site.

Full-access accounts carry the warranty shown on their listing. Inside that window use Check account works on your order page; if it fails, Get my money back credits the full amount to your Arkos balance. Store credit itself is non-refundable and never goes back to a card. Full details on the Refund Policy.

Check the Status page before every session — it shows each product's live state (Undetected, Testing, Updating, Detected and so on). A product that gets detected is marked Updating until a new build ships.

Day, week and month keys are available for most products. Time starts when you activate the key, not when you buy it.

NFA (non-full-access) accounts come as a key that signs you into Steam through the Arkos Loader — you can play, but you can't change the email or password. Full-access (FA) accounts give you the email and authenticator so you can take complete control.

Full-access accounts are covered inside their warranty window for problems not caused by you. Bans for cheating, chargebacks or sharing are not covered, and NFA accounts don't carry a ban warranty.

Your licence key and loader link are on your order page (Account → Orders) as soon as payment clears. Run the loader as administrator, enter the key and follow the on-screen steps. Guides: Cheat setup and Loaders.
