After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your account credentials instantly. You can also access your purchase history and download account details from your dashboard. Most orders are delivered within 1-5 minutes.

We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT), and various other regional payment methods through our secure payment processor.

We offer refunds for accounts that don't match the description or are already claimed. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Digital products that have been accessed or used are not eligible for refunds. Contact support with your order ID for assistance.

We work hard to keep our cheats undetected. Check the Status page for real-time detection status of each product. We recommend checking status before each gaming session. If a cheat gets detected, affected users receive compensation or free replacement keys.

Cheat subscriptions vary by product. We offer Day, Week, and Month options for most cheats. The subscription period begins from the moment of activation, not purchase. You can check remaining time in your dashboard.

NFA (No Full Access) accounts are accounts where you cannot change the email. They're cheaper but come with some limitations. FA (Full Access) accounts allow complete control including email changes. Check product descriptions for specific access levels.

Replacement policies vary by product. Most FA accounts include a warranty period (check product description). Bans caused by user actions (cheating, chargebacks, sharing) are not covered. NFA accounts typically don't include ban warranties.

After purchase, you'll receive a license key and download link. Download the loader, run it as administrator, enter your license key, and follow the on-screen instructions. Detailed setup guides are available in our Discord server.
