Terms of Service
The rules for buying from and using Arkos. Last updated September 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Arkos you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. Products and services
Arkos sells digital goods: game accounts (full-access and NFA), keys, and related services. Everything is delivered digitally. Listings are checked before they reach you and we describe them as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that every description is error-free.
3. Store credit and payment
Purchases are paid from your Arkos balance, which is store credit. You top it up by card through our Shopify checkout or with crypto. Credit never expires, but it is non-refundable and non-transferable: it can't be withdrawn, moved to another account, or sent back to a card or wallet, and it is spendable on Arkos only. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. A custom order agreed with our team is paid directly by invoice — it is not taken from, and does not add to, your balance.
4. Delivery
Credentials and keys appear on your order page (Account → Orders) as soon as payment clears — nothing is sent by email. Most orders complete within seconds. If a listing fails our final check we substitute an equivalent one; the rare order that needs a manual check shows as Processing (or Needs attention) on your orders page until we sort it.
5. Warranty and refunds
Every full-access account carries the warranty shown on its listing. Inside that window you can check the account from the order page and, if it fails, get a refund there or ask for a replacement in a ticket. Refunds are always credited to your Arkos balance, never to a card. Keys that fail to activate within an hour of delivery are replaced. 6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of anything you buy. Change the password on a full-access account as soon as you take full access, and keep credentials to yourself. You agree not to use purchased accounts or keys for anything illegal, and you accept that game publishers apply their own rules to their platforms — action they take for breaking those rules is not covered by our warranty.
7. Fraud and suspended accounts
Chargebacks, payment fraud and abuse of the warranty system lead to a permanent suspension. A suspended account loses access to Arkos, including purchases, order history and any remaining balance.
8. Limitation of liability
Arkos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or anything bought on it. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and continuing to use Arkos after that means you accept them.
