Private support
Only you and the Arkos team can see it. Use this for orders, payments, refunds or anything with your account details in it.
Public support
Anyone can read and answer it, so setup questions usually get solved faster. Keep order and account details out — and credit whoever helps you.
Loaders
Two different things are called a loader here: the Arkos Loader that turns an NFA key into a Steam login, and the loader that comes with a cheat you bought. Both downloads are below — start with whichever you’re using.
Downloads
The only two files you ever need from us. Anything else claiming to be an Arkos loader is not ours.
Using an NFA key
The key is not a Steam password — it only works inside the Arkos Loader, which signs you into Steam for you.
- Download the Arkos Loader above and unzip it.
- Paste your key in and hit Activate. Each key works once.
- Redeem in the generator on this site if you bought a band key rather than an account.
- If the band has no stock, your redemption queues and delivers automatically — you don’t need to do anything.
Cheat loaders — before you troubleshoot
Every cheat we sell is EXTERNAL, so there’s no injection step to fail. If a game update has just landed, check the status page: it shows each product as Undetected, Updating or Flagged, and Updating means it’s down until we ship a build. Nothing you do locally will fix that.
Rust ESP Slotted
This one is set up over Discord — it’s a private slotted build limited to 30 slots, so after buying, join the Discord and we’ll get you running. It isn’t self-serve.
It opens and closes instantly
This is antivirus nine times out of ten — the file gets quarantined or silently deleted the moment it runs.
- Add an exclusion for the whole folder in Windows Security, not just the file.
- Re-download afterwards. If it was already quarantined, the file on disk is broken.
- Check the quarantine list to confirm that’s what happened.
It opens but nothing happens
- Right click → Run as administrator. Most loaders need it and fail quietly without it.
- Close the game completely, then start the loader first unless your product says otherwise.
- Our cheats are external, so if something tells you to “inject” it isn’t ours — don’t run it.
- Close overlays — Discord, GeForce Experience, RTSS, MSI Afterburner. Overlay injectors and loaders fight over the same hooks.
It errors on launch
- Install the Visual C++ redistributables and .NET runtime if the error mentions a missing DLL.
- Check you’re on a supported Windows build.
- Some products require Secure Boot on or off — check your product page before changing it, and don’t change it blind.
It worked yesterday and doesn’t today
A game update takes builds down until we ship a new one. The status page shows Updating for exactly this — check it before reinstalling anything, because reinstalling can’t fix a product that is waiting on a build.

Common questions
Delivery
How do I receive my account after purchase?
The moment your payment clears, the account details appear on your order page (Account → Orders). Nothing is sent by email — open the order to see the login, password, email and any codes.
How long does delivery take?
Seconds for almost every order — credentials appear on your order page the moment payment clears. If a listing fails our final check we swap in an equivalent one automatically; on the rare occasion an order needs a manual check it shows as Processing (or Needs attention) on your orders page and we sort it within 24 hours.
Can I change the email and password on my account?
Yes, on a full-access account. Once you take full access from the order page you hold the email and authenticator and can change both — do it straight away. NFA accounts can't be changed: you play through the Arkos Loader instead.
Payments
How do I pay for an account?
With your Arkos balance. You top your balance up first, then buying is one click and delivery is instant — there's no card page between you and the account. Your balance is store credit for this site: it never expires, but it can't be withdrawn or transferred, so only top up what you mean to spend here.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card through our Shopify checkout, or cryptocurrency including Bitcoin and Ethereum — these are how you top your balance up. Crypto top-ups get a 5% bonus. Payments are processed by our providers and card details are never handled on this site.
How long does a top-up take to show?
Usually seconds by card, and a minute or two by crypto once the network confirms it. It can occasionally take a few minutes, up to 10. It lands on its own and your balance updates by itself, so please don't pay twice — if something looks stuck, message us before sending more.
What is a custom order?
A custom order is a direct payment to us for something you've agreed with our team — a special request, a bulk deal, or anything we've quoted you outside the normal store. It has nothing to do with your balance: it isn't taken from your credit and paying one adds nothing to it. You get your own invoice and pay it by card or crypto, and you don't need an account to do it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, inside the warranty window. Press "Check account works" on your order page; if the check fails, "Get my money back" credits the full amount to your Arkos balance, usually within a few minutes. Store credit itself is non-refundable and never goes back to a card — the Refund Policy has the detail.
Safety & warranty
Is it safe to buy accounts from Arkos?
We've traded for years with thousands of customers. Accounts are checked before they reach you and come with a warranty period. Our reviews are public.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantee?
Every full-access account carries the warranty shown on its listing, with the countdown on your order page. Problems inside that window are replaced or refunded to your balance. Keys that fail to activate within an hour of delivery are replaced — see the Refund Policy for what isn't covered.
What happens if my account gets banned?
If it's banned within the warranty period for reasons not caused by you, we replace it. Bans caused by breaking the game's terms are not covered, and NFA accounts don't carry a ban warranty.
